Mangalam Publications was established in 1969 with the flagship publication, Mangalam Weekly. Kiran TV Malayalam Channel

Kiran TV is the second Malayalam  venture of Sun Network after their successful Malayalam channel Surya TV.  Sun Network is one of South India’s biggest media group.  Kiran TV is solely a music channel with 24 hour music and movie programs.   They telecast Malayalam films everyday at 7.30 pm.
